We were always going to have a housewarming party as we wanted our lovely family and friends to come and join us in celebrating the move. Given it was summer and there was a pool (and no doubt cocktails would be involved), we thought 'Let's have a
Hawaiian
themed party!" and then it happened. Aloha!! As you can see we went all out....the pig was cooked and gourmetised (thankfully grandma still has her fingers after trying to get a bit of pork when it was being cut), the punch was flowing freely and everyone had a damn good time. I do recall pork and apple rolls being made in the early hours of the morning once everyone had got their second appetite! what a fun night had by all.
